We partner with local high schools and colleges, and can review your resume, give you interviewing tips, or speak to you on just about any agriculture career-related topic. Our presentations tailored to fit what your class is discussing at that time. Fall 2022

Innovative Ag Services knows that our most valuable capital is human capital, which is why we offer multiple exceptional opportunities for high school and college students.
We provide numerous internships to meet the growing needs of our cooperative, as well as the needs of talented agricultural students in the area. We are committed to recruiting individuals who are a good fit for our team now and into the future.
Internships are a great way for students to learn the inner workings of a cooperative, as well as to figure out their likes and dislikes within the agricultural sector.
We offer Summer Internships in Agronomy, Feed and Grain Operations. Interns are given the opportunity to work alongside full-time employees to gain hands-on experience in and around our locations. They also are given the responsibility to work independently on projects at the locations and interact with our customers in the country. One of the best things about our internship program is that it is flexible, and interns gain experience in areas that interest them.
Throughout the summer, we provide valuable experiences such as, industry-related tours, Answer Plots, IAS leadership roundtable discussions, vendor meetings and other networking events. We complete the internship program by hosting a celebration to spotlight the intern’s successes and growth within the program.

The cost of post-secondary education seems to grow every year. To offset these costs, IAS extends a hand to high school graduating seniors through multiple scholarships to pursue a career in the agriculture industry.
High school seniors have from October until the beginning of March to submit the application and complete an essay. A board of judges will review all applicants to determine scholarship winners. Scholarship money will be awarded at the end of the current calendar year, once college validations have been completed.

Innovative Ag Services offers college students an opportunity to gain work experience during their seasonal breaks from classes. Like Summer Internships, students have the opportunity to work alongside our full-time employees to gain hands-on experience at our locations. This valuable experience provides students with knowledge and experience not learned in the classroom.
